Dev: map tile settings

These drive the “NOAA dynamic” layer on the map (a live NOAA render per tile, at the frame’s print density) and carry over to the builder. Toggle layers with the map’s layers menu. “Chart data” picks which NOAA chart data to draw (e.g. Harbour), whatever scale the frame is.

Label depth contours
